"Assolivo Soc. Coop." was established in 1977 and today it includes over 10,000 Sicilian olive growers. Assolivo is a member of UNAPOL Soc. Cons. a rl. (Italian National Union of Olive Growers' Associations).

 

Supporting, enhancing, promoting and raising the quality standards of Sicilian olive growing are the main goals of Assolivo, which produces, selects and bottles the 100% Italian extra virgin olive oil produced by our members.

 

Thanks to natural growing techniques, Assolivo preserves and guarantees the quality of its extra virgin olive oil.

 

 


 

Assolivo regularly attends various trade fairs, among which Vinitaly-SOL, and it is the organizer of "Le Vie dell'Olio" - The Oil Trails - to enhance and promote the culture and history of Sicilian extra virgin olive oil.
